In case you don't know, Influenster is a site where you can sing up (here's my referral link if you want to use it) and test and review products, and if you are active enough you can get promotional boxes for free to try out. So anyway, that's what this voxbox was, and it could not have come at a better time!
I've been under so much stress lately that it had been keeping me up at night! and that's where this baby boy come in:
It is the new #ZzzQuil sleep aid liquid caps. They claim to help you fall asleep in under 20 minutes, and THAT THEY DO! They are not addictive or dependence forming, so I feel like they are safer to use than other sleep aids out there.
I tried these out on 2 non-consecutive nights and it worked wonders both times, so I immediately went out to purchase a full size (with a $2 off coupon that came included in my voxbox) and have had pretty much the same results in the couple of weeks I've been using them.
I don't always get their recommended 7-8 hours of sleep because of my work schedule, but other than that I still feel more rested than usual.
